This Policy applies to every individual or organization that accesses or uses Clariop, including Workspace Owners, Administrators, Managers, Team Members, invited users, and visitors where applicable.
By using Clariop, you agree to comply with this Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies.
You agree to use the platform in compliance with:
- Applicable local, national, and international laws
- Industry regulations relevant to your business
- Intellectual property laws
- Data protection and privacy laws
- Employment and workplace regulations where applicable
You must not use Clariop to facilitate, promote, or participate in unlawful activities of any kind. Users remain solely responsible for ensuring that their use of Clariop complies with the laws applicable to their jurisdiction.
When using Clariop, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Protecting access to your account
- Respecting other users and their work
- Keeping uploaded information accurate where reasonably practicable
- Using assigned permissions responsibly
- Reporting suspected security issues or unauthorized access promptly
- Following your organization's internal policies while using the platform
Workspace Owners and Administrators have additional responsibilities, including:
- Managing user permissions appropriately
- Reviewing access when team members join or leave
- Maintaining responsible workspace administration
- Ensuring that workspace activities comply with this Policy
Unauthorized Access — users must not:
- Attempt to access accounts without permission
- Circumvent authentication mechanisms
- Attempt to elevate privileges without authorization
- Access restricted areas of the platform
Fraudulent Activities — users must not:
- Create fake accounts
- Provide false identity information
- Misrepresent their organization
- Use stolen payment methods
- Engage in deceptive or fraudulent conduct
Users must not upload, create, or distribute content that:
- Violates applicable laws
- Infringes intellectual property rights
- Promotes illegal activities
- Contains malicious software
- Violates the privacy rights of others
- Encourages violence or unlawful conduct
Users are solely responsible for the content they upload to Clariop.
Use of Clariop must comply with applicable intellectual property laws. Users must not upload, share, or distribute content that infringes the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of Clariop or any third party.
Clariop's platform, branding, software, and underlying technology remain the property of Future Application Pvt Ltd & Clariop and may not be copied, reverse engineered, or redistributed without authorization. Suspected intellectual property infringement can be reported to our support team for review.
You agree to:
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Use a strong and unique password for your account
- Prevent unauthorized access to your account
- Sign out of shared or public devices after use
- Notify Clariop immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or a security incident
- Use the platform only through authorized methods and interfaces
Users must not attempt to bypass or disable any security features implemented by Clariop. Workspace Owners and Administrators are responsible for periodically reviewing user access and removing access for individuals who no longer require it.
Malicious Activities — users must not:
- Upload viruses, malware, ransomware, or other malicious software
- Distribute harmful scripts or code
- Launch denial-of-service attacks
- Attempt to disrupt platform availability
Misuse of Platform Resources — users must not:
- Send excessive automated requests
- Perform unauthorized scraping of platform content
- Reverse engineer platform functionality
- Exploit software vulnerabilities
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse other users
- Post offensive, discriminatory, hateful, or defamatory content
- Engage in bullying or disruptive behavior
- Impersonate another individual or organization
- Deliberately interfere with another user's work
- Misuse comments, task discussions, or collaboration features
- Use Clariop to distribute spam or unsolicited communications
Professional communication helps create a productive environment for all users.
Examples of reportable activities include:
- Unauthorized access attempts
- Fraudulent or deceptive behavior
- Spam or unsolicited communications
- Harassment or abusive conduct
- Uploading malicious software
- Intellectual property infringement
- Security vulnerabilities
- Any activity that appears to violate this Policy or applicable laws
Reports should include as much relevant information as possible, such as:
- Description of the incident
- Date and time of occurrence
- Names or email addresses of involved users (if known)
- Screenshots or supporting evidence where available
Clariop will review reported incidents in a timely manner and take appropriate action where necessary. While we strive to investigate all reports thoroughly, we cannot guarantee a specific outcome or disclose confidential details regarding actions taken against other users.
Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, Clariop may take one or more of the following actions:
- Issue a warning or request corrective action
- Remove or restrict access to specific content
- Temporarily suspend an individual user account
- Temporarily suspend a workspace
- Restrict access to certain platform features
- Permanently terminate user accounts or workspaces
- Report unlawful activities to relevant authorities where required by applicable law
- Pursue legal remedies where appropriate
Enforcement actions will generally be proportionate to the severity, frequency, and impact of the violation. Where practical, Clariop may notify the Workspace Owner or Administrator before taking enforcement action. However, immediate action may be taken where necessary to protect platform security, comply with legal obligations, or prevent harm to other users.
Clariop may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect:
- Changes to our services or platform features
- New security practices
- Operational improvements
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Evolving industry standards
When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date displayed on this page and may notify users through the platform or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of Clariop after the updated Policy becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
